Position Description

The UX Content Designer creates clear, helpful, and user-focused content for digital products, including websites, applications, and tools. This role is primarily focused on content design, while also contributing to UX design activities when needed, including the creation and iteration of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to support overall product and user experience goals. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related digital content role.

Working closely with UX designers, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, the UX Content Designer helps shape intuitive, accessible, and effective digital experiences. The successful candidate combines strong writing and communication skills with user-centered design thinking, using research and data to guide decisions and improve how users understand and navigate digital products.
