Job Title: UX & Change Management Lead (Focus: Persona Journeys & Adoption)

Role Purpose: Drive the human-centric adoption of the new unified ESM platform by making the complex "implicit" decisions explicitly clear through compelling OCM and journey mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Synthesize stakeholder pain points to develop high-level persona profiles (Leaders, Fulfiller Agents, End-Users) and service journey maps (using Figma/Miro).
Co-create change enablement materials, executive summaries, and value-driven messaging for ESM leadership to cascade.
Ensure the process designs map intuitively to the planned Employee Center (Portal) experience.
