Essential Job Duties:
The primary purpose of this position is to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on the campus building envelope to ensure the integrity and longevity of facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing roofing systems such as single-ply, built-up roofing ( BUR ), modified bitumen, metal, slate, and shingle roofs, as well as gutters and downspouts.
