**_Polisher_**
**_SUMMARY OF POSITION:_** Responsible for all metal finishing processes and ensuring that all required processes are completed to produce parts that meet quality and ISO standards.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Polishing, deburring, tumble deburring, blasting, in-process cleaning of surgical instruments and implants.
+ Inspects products to blueprint specifications.
+ Utilizes and completes documentation, as required.
+ Understands and follows policies and procedures.
+ Ensures general maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
+ Complies with ISO policies and procedures.
+ Troubleshoots problems associated with equipment, tooling, and processes.

**_OCCASSIONAL DUTIES:_**

+ Assembles work instruments.
+ Overtime on an as needed basis.
+ Assists supervisor, as needed.
+ Assists in other departments, as needed.
