**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Perform general labor tasks to support safe and efficient aggregate plant operations.
+ Operate mobile and plant equipment as trained to maintain production flow.
+ Assist with routine plant maintenance, cleanup, and housekeeping activities.
+ Monitor equipment and report issues to ensure reliable, continuous operation.
+ Support team members with hands-on tasks across the site as operational needs arise.
