**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Maintain safe, efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities
+ Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, shoveling, cleanup, and material handling
+ Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of plant equipment
+ Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
+ Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel
