We are looking for a reliable and experienced Utility Mechanic to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building systems and utilities to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

3+ years of utility, mechanical, or building maintenance experience, including the use of hand and power tools and maintenance equipment. Experience with plumbing, HVAC support, electrical, or general mechanical systems preferred.

**REPRESENTATIVE FUNCTIONS OR DUTIES:**

+ Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on building systems and equipment
+ Monitor and maintain utility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical components
+ Follow procedures for the use of tools, equipment, and materials to prevent damage to facilities and systems
