This is a varied role, working within the accounts team, to support with the admin processes of the department.Handover of all utilities to clientPostAnalyse and approve invoicesReconcile and Investigate any discrepancies on prices with siteAd hoc projects with finance departmentSet up of utility spreadsheet for each contract ’s.Dealing with utility queries on a day-to-day basis.Process service bills in accordance with site readings.
