Overview

Oversees the operations and maintenance of the systems responsible for electrical distribution, LNG Off-load services, power generation, water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection to a localized community.
The UEM will direct planning, construction, operations, repair and replacement of power generation and distribution, water, wastewater systems. In addition, responsible for the water laboratory, engineering, planning and estimating in accordance to base policy and/or regulations and oversees the LNG Off-load operation in support of the LNG powerplant not operated by V2X.
