We are seeking a Utility Manager to perform a support function to the Facilities Manager, specifically relating to the administration and management of utilities.

Resolve queries relating to utilities with the relevant municipalities. Report on energy management and consumption in the portfolio and for the sustainability report. Liaise and negotiate with distributors and regulatory bodies relevant to the portfolio regarding billing issues. Monitor utilities procedures and compliance within the portfolio. Data integrity – scrutinise invoices and other documentation for accuracy and make comments on remediation.

Review and audit all leases to ensure accurate billing in terms of:
