Job Description



We are seeking qualified USRNs to join a Healthcare BPO team supporting U.S. healthcare operations. This role is ideal for nurses with acute care experience who are looking to transition into the BPO industry.



Qualifications



Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable):



Active USRN License with New York (NY) State License

Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience in any of the following areas:

Emergency Room (ER)

Operating Room (OR)

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Surgical Ward

No Healthcare BPO experience required

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas/Pasig

Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Can start ASAP
