Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Usher Escalator Greeter for Legends Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square. Responsible for monitoring crowd movement onto the escalators. Your purpose is to greet guests as they board the escalators, monitor the flow of patrons to avoid overcrowding, and ensure guests do not walk up or down escalators that have shut down due to mechanical or emergency issues, provide general directions to guests (i.e., “your seats are in the Terrace, please take the escalators to the top-level”), answer questions, and provide information. You are on the “front line” and will experience the excitement and energy of the event.
