The Cheshire West and Chester Council Digital, Data and Technology (DDAT) department has recently undergone a huge transformation and is looking for an User Support Officer - Technical Desktop (career grade -) to provide third line technical support to users. As this is a career grade post, there is an expectation that the successful candidate will progress to Grade as they gain experience in the role.
