What this role is about
We’re looking for an empathetic and proactive User Success Intern to join our team. This person will develop long-term customer relationships, increasing renewals and upsells to expand Slang implementations and build loyalty among our B2B accounts (companies, universities, ESL schools, government).
Education, knowledge and skills required
- Pursuing a degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or any other related field.
- Interest in commercial areas or customer success implementations.
- Creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Upper Intermediate or higher (B2) level of English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to easily build strong relationships with customers based on empathy and trust and to autonomously meet with any of them.
