Position Overview

Location:Peterlee
Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with 1 in 6 weeks on call
Salary: up to £26, (Dependant on level of experience)

As a User Services Analyst, you’ll manage and support our IT devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences.
Your role will include:
Handling service desk tickets, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates while using feedback to improve service quality
Maintaining documentation, troubleshoot problems, and manage the lifecycle of devices, including upgrades and relocations
Contributing to key projects, plan for technology changes, and support tasks like LAN patching and asset transitions
