Job: UX Researcher Location: Mexico, Brazil REMOTE Duration: 12+ Months Current HVAC manufacturing client is seeking a nearshore based UX researcher with a passion for connecting with users, attention to detail, and expertise in using data to understand customer behavior. Responsible for leading research efforts in collaboration with UX designers and Product Managers with end goal of uncovering actionable insights, creating journey maps, testing concepts with real people, and using analytics to measure the impact of digital experiences.
