The main function of the UX Researcher is to conduct quantitative research on customers’ needs, preferences, and behaviors related to products and services within the Bing ecosystem. A typical UX Researcher is responsible for designing and conducting experiments, A/B tests, telemetry analyses, and surveys. They should be skilled at translating large datasets into compelling stories and actionable insights that highlight customer needs and help inform the product roadmap.
This role sits within the Coherence and Framework team, requiring the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving design systems and continuously changing SERP experiences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, collaborating across multiple partner teams, and supporting experimentation and design convergence efforts at scale.
