As a User Experience Designer, Vice President in the Commercial & Investment Bank, Trade & Working Capital, you will design and deliver user-centred experiences for complex enterprise workflows. You’ll work end-to-end—from discovery and qualitative interviews to interaction design, UI, prototyping, and shipped outcomes—partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and design peers. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will lead by influence within a cross-functional pod, setting direction and quality while remaining deeply hands-on.
Job responsibilities
Own end-to-end user experience design for priority Trade & Working Capital journeys, from problem framing through final UI and post-launch iteration.
Plan, conduct, and synthesise qualitative research interviews (user/stakeholder interviews, concept evaluations); translate insights into clear design opportunities and requirements.
