In this position, you will be responsible for leading the sales department, driving performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience aligned with dealership pre‑owned goals.

Schedule

This is a full‑time, permanent leadership role based on approximately 40 hours per week. Given the nature of the retail automotive business, this role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as well as additional hours as needed to support business operations and team performance.
