**Sr. Manager – Agentic AI Solution Lead**

**Role Summary**
The Agentic AI Solution Lead owns **end-to-end agentic AI solutions** that convert Data Science–generated intelligence into **automated, production-grade decisions and recovery workflows** across Last-Mile Delivery. This role is accountable for **what actions agents take, when they take them, how aggressively they operate, and whether those actions deliver measurable business impact** . While this role does not build ML models or RCA intelligence, it **owns the automated decisions that act on those signals** , including their rollout, tuning, and real-world outcomes. Think of this role as the **decision and orchestration owner for self-healing operational systems** .
