Position Summary
What you'll do: Supervising and developing hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing performance, and promoting a sense of belonging; recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and drive company growth.
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying goals; building accountability; addressing improvement opportunities; and promoting continuous learning.
Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback (Tour-to-Teach); communicating with all levels about store operations, technology, initiatives, merchandising, and company direction; guiding change efforts and implementing business solutions; and communicating objectives to teams effectively.
