Support Specialist with experience in ENABLON L2 & L3 incidents support

The ideal candidate will handle user incident management, manage access requests, monitor error messages, and ensure periodic validation of active clients.

Additionally, responsibilities include conducting weekly, monthly meetings, ensuring deployment stability, and creating monthly KPIs on data completeness.
