About the Role:

The Delivery Enablement & Business Operations team within the Global Cybersecurity organization is looking for a Scrum Master with a focus primarily on the Governance, Risk & Compliance space, initially supporting 2 teams that area responsible for cybersecurity policies, standards, controls & risk reporting. These teams operate in Scrumban or Kanban.



In this role, the Scrum Master will enable the teams effectiveness of delivery, cultivate an environment that supports agility, and drive action to enable effective data insight solutions with the team. The Scrum Master coaches, mentors and teaches team members, proactively seeking to eliminate or minimize impact of barriers, and address challenges to delivery. The successful candidate s contributions in this role will be an important element of our service delivery practice, helping us realize our vision to continuously improve the way we work.
