Experience- 3 Yrs - 8 Yrs
Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle, including paperwork, compliance, background verification, and drug screening processes.
Validate I-9 forms and supporting documentation for the E-Verify process.
Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular status updates for candidates.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience while adhering to US hiring compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in US HR onboarding processes and compliance.
Ability to work exclusively in the Night Shift.
