**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a US Immigration Program Manager to serve as the organization's foremost subject-matter expert on immigration case filings and compliance operations across every market where we operate. This role is responsible for driving the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of immigration filings at scale, maintaining Meta's global compliance posture, and developing the frameworks, playbooks, and tooling that underpin our immigration program.This individual will partner closely with Recruiting, People Partners, Legal, external counsel, and business leaders to solve the most complex immigration challenges, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve our case management operations.
