(US Healthcare) HR Operation Assistant Manager (Focus in HR Ops!) (Up 6K) #HJC - Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures and good practices with the aim to enhance employee communication, engagement and performance
- Develop, review and implement career plan for high potential, successors for progressive career development
- Organise and conduct briefing sessions of policies and procedures
- Work with HODs to manage manpower situation and provide funding information for tracking and reporting
- Manage the administration for manpower request for new and replacement headcount
- Collaborate with HR Services on the issuance of confirmation letters and timely renewals of contract, re-employment contract
- Handle all transfers and secondment requests
- Conduct engagement sessions to obtain ground sentiments
