You do not need to bring a book of business — the focus is on strong brokers with technical depth, solid market relationships and a commitment to doing excellent work. 

While direct US Casualty experience is ideal, the team is also open to individuals from a Casualty Reinsurance or UK Liability background who can bring transferable expertise and the right mindset.
