Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, organized Administrative Hand with a Sales Mentality. This person will be responsible for managing four distinct outreach and research workstreams. While we provide the templates and systems, this individual needs the professional polish to communicate with high-level executives and the persistence to follow up and close the loop.

Primary Communication Channel: 95% Email (Minimal to no phone work).

1. Executive Podcast Outreach

• Objective: Secure high-level CEOs and Presidents (e.g., President of Red Lobster) for our CEO/President podcast.
• Tasks: * Execute the outreach and follow-up plan using provided templates.
• Manage the end-to-end scheduling process.
• Ensure all action items are completed to move a guest from initial contact to a scheduled recording.
