Practice Setting:

• Inpatient and Clinic coverage at 3 facilities
• New Castle PA - Surgery, clinic and call coverage
• Hermitage PA - Clinic and call coverage
• Farrell PA - Clinic and call coverage
• Provider would only work at one location per day
• Average 20-25 PPD in clinic
• Average call volume 0-4 calls per night
• Inpatient APP coverage Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:00p

Schedule:

• 24 hour coverage, Monday-Friday
• Clinic hours 8:00a-4:00p
• Average 5 shifts per month

Patient Population: Adult

EMR: EPIC, Cerner

Credentialing: 90 days
