Urogynaecology Clinical Nurse Specialist

An exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to join our small, friendly team within the Women and Newborn Care group at the Princess Anne Hospital. The urogynaecology nurse‑led service supports patients with overactive bladder, urinary incontinence and pelvic floor disorders including prolapse. The service offers a wide range of investigations, treatments and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe therapeutic management of a defined patient caseload.
• Work closely with a multi‑professional team of clinicians, physiotherapists and administrative staff.
• Conduct and participate in urodynamic clinics; undertake diagnostic urodynamic studies and deliver conservative therapies (training provided).
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.
