Physical Therapy Assistant

CVHCare is looking for a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant with a minimum of 1 year professional experience. Home health experience is preferred. Assigned county territory is Area #10 (San Mateo, Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, Redwood City, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Colma, South San Francisco, Pacifica, Palo Alto, Belmont, San Bruno, Half Moon Bay, San Carlos, Menlo Park, El Granada) and Area #9 (San Francisco). Two options - guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours. If guarantee, the following shall apply: Productivity: At least 30 points per week (points described below). 36 hours guarantee. Traveler must complete 30 points in the week. Must be willing to travel outside the area or work weekends if required to maintain weekly visit expectations.
