The Resolute Group is supporting a major German Architectural and Engineering consultancy seeking to appoint an Urban Planner to support the development and planning of complex technical sites in Frankfurt. This role will contribute to the early-stage planning and feasibility of projects, particularly for mission-critical infrastructure such as data centres.
Working closely with internal design teams, clients, and authorities, you will support site evaluation, concept development, planning coordination, and the preparation of planning approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluating sites, development areas, and planning concepts to support the optimal implementation of data centre and infrastructure projects.

Supporting early project phases including feasibility studies and Phase 0 concept development, such as the preparation of masterplans.
