Upwork Proposal & Bidding Specialist Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Proposal & Bidding Specialist to take ownership of a new Upwork profile with the main objective of winning maximum projects and rapidly building a strong, credible profile. You will be responsible for identifying suitable opportunities, crafting persuasive proposals, and establishing lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify relevant jobs and bidding opportunities on Upwork based on our service offerings.
• Write customized, compelling proposals and cover letters to maximize win rates.
• Strategically manage and grow our Upwork profile (ratings, job success score, client feedback).
