Position Overview
Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Upstream Planning Leader for our Queretaro location.
Responsibilities - Organize the upstream flows with the suppliers to improve the supplier SC performance.
- Set and release suppliers forecast and manage logistic terms and conditions.
- Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex: Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...).
- Including logistic solutions, batch size, lead time, packaging, ABC/FMR analysis, components stocking policy, consignment stock …
- Is responsible of the supplier forecast and their accuracy.
- Monitor and improve the upstream SC performance.
- Pilot the containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve upstream SC issues of the plant using the 8D methodology.
