Job Description :

• Work with US/ China facility & Manager to receive new product engineering package for new items
• Process sample making & follow up through sample approval
• Transfer engineering package to production
• Train, manage & develop UPH engineers
• Work with US/ China facility & Manager to receive inline product engineering change, improvement or issue solving for inline items & deploy the change to production
• Work with/ advise production to solve engineering/ quality issue
• Work out detail frame design/ sample & deploy for production
• Work with engineer for CNC program
• Work with sourcing for material development & costing
• Process cover fit, test run & pilot run
• Create, maintain, control & improve UPH BOM
• Process continuous improvement for UPH improvement & cost saving
• Process UPH project per Managers assignment
