You don’t need school experience, teaching qualifications or specialist training, because we provide all of that for free. It is preferred that you have a degree or A-Level in English (Language or Literature).

You’ll be considered an English specialist, which schools really value. However, this role is not to teach English lessons. Lessons are already planned for you. Your role is to lead the classroom confidently, manage behaviour, and encourage pupils to stay focused on the cover work set. While schools value your Maths background, you’ll be confident stepping in to lead lessons across any subject when required.
