Key Responsibilities

• Leading engagement with the Department of Health, local government units, and public and private partners in the implementation of Universal Health Care (UHC), Health Care Provider Network (HCPN) implementation, improvement of referral guidelines, policy change for budget allocation of reimbursed resources, and enhancement of health information systems across the region.

This is a fixed-term post for at least two years based in Tacloban City.

Major Responsibilities

HCPN

• Leading communication with DOH, provincial, and municipal authorities to establish HCPN in the region.
• Contributing to the policy change process for HCPN implementation at the target province.
• Monitoring the full implementation of HCPN with DOH and LGU.

Referral
