The Unit Manager RN/LPN is responsible for the 24 hours a day, seven days a week management of a nursing unit. Responsibilities include the planning, assignments, implementations and evaluations of direct resident care on unit including the training and supervision of staff, communication with physicians, family members and staff. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations governing Long Term Care facility operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides leadership and direction for the delivery of nursing care by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Nursing Assistants for their assigned unit.
