ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

Enforce high standards of care that are delivered safely, effectively, efficiently, and compassionately, while also organizing, directing, and coordinating with other facilities' services. Establish clear directions for the nursing team to ensure evidence-based practice. Collaborate with the nursing team, consultants, doctors, and other personnel to oversee patient care delivery for optimal client satisfaction. Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing facilities and services. Review and analyze the nursing statistics, performances, activities, improvements, and achievements. Lead continuous quality improvement in patient care using audits and monitoring compliance with service and professional standards. Plan and set regular staff meetings to disseminate and discuss issues in nursing services. Participate actively in Head of Service (HOS) meetings and represent in hospital clinical committees.
