Job Details

Shift: Monday to Friday

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. A reasonable number of additional hours may be required to fulfill objectives.

Start time: approximately 1:00 pm.

Flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise PM sort operations and linehaul.
• Manage a group of unionized employees.
• Create a positive work environment, building employee loyalty and a team atmosphere.
• Achieve objectives as outlined in the operational scorecard.
• Manage performance of employees as per operational standards and indices.
• Improve operational standards through reviews of employee performance, coaching, counseling, and recognition.
• Communicate and implement policies, procedures, or programs.
• Complete a variety of reports and documents.
