Ensures IT projects are aligned with overall business strategy and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, transaction volume, or revenue growth.
Oversees the entire lifecycle of multiple IT projects.
Ensures projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed successfully according to established project management methodologies.
Develops and manages budgets for the IT project portfolio.
