Develops and implements the annual nursing education and training plan based on learning needs assessment, patient safety data, incident trends, and organizational priorities.
Develops and submits personal, unit, and departmental goals and objectives annually, aligned with strategic and quality plans.
Maintains and monitors staff credentials, certifications, and mandatory training compliance .
Collaborates with Clinical HODs, Unit Heads, and UHCNs to identify learning needs and develop evidence-based teaching modules .
Plans and coordinates in-service education, workshops, CNEs, simulations, and specialty training programs , ensuring all administrative arrangements are completed.
Participates in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety initiatives as a Facilitator or Team Leader, using audit and incident data to guide targeted education.
