To lead the HSR Centre as a high-performing clinical and business unit, ensuring excellent patient outcomes, operational efficiency, growth, quality standards, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
Monitor OPD, procedures, surgeries and diagnostic services.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
Coordinate with consultants, surgeons, nursing and allied health teams.
2. Business Growth
Achieve monthly revenue, EBITDA and patient volume targets.
