Position Summary
Will organize, prepare, and supply various food items pertaining to the salad bars, cold and hot food stations, and to-order serve in one of the Residential Dining Halls; assists cooks by combining ingredients, portioning, and serving from prepared to-order, maintains proper food handling and storage techniques to eliminate waste and spoilage; will work within a diverse work force; directly with the customers.
