Technical Skills
- Conocimiento de operaciones IT (infraestructura, aplicaciones, middleware)
- Experiencia en monitorización y herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios (ITIL)
Banking & Compliance
- Trabajo en entornos regulados (auditorías, controles, seguridad)
- Conocimiento de gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento
