Description
This role offers the opportunity to play a direct part in a large-scale unified communications transformation, helping transition a global organization from legacy voice systems to the cloud-based platform Microsoft Teams Phone. The position provides a strong blend of hands-on engineering and strategic ownership, allowing the individual to influence how communication services are delivered and supported across the enterprise.
-Support and lead the migration from legacy voice systems to cloud-based UC platforms
-Provide senior -level support and escalation handling for UC environments
-Design, implement, and maintain voice, chat, video conferencing, and mobility services
-Act as a technical lead across UC services, including documentation, standards, and lifecycle management
