Provides input in performance reviews and other people‑management related decisions for more junior staff
Serves as a subject‑matter expert on underwriting and technical accountabilities supporting IGP management and other IGP functional areas
Leads complex, large‑in‑scope, department‑wide projects which might include communicating with and coordinating participants with other departments
May manage all aspects of Network Partner review process for their assigned jurisdiction, formal appeal review and contestable claim review for applications written for Group products
