Minimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience within underground mining construction environments. Proven experience managing large‑scale mining construction projects. Strong understanding of underground mining methods, infrastructure development, and construction processes. Experience working with project scheduling and planning software such as MS Project or Primavera. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Sound knowledge of mining legislation, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
