Job Description
Primary point of contact for individuals and groups planning the religious pilgrimage of Umrah.
Provide expert guidance and assisting clients with every aspect of their journey, including visa processing, ticketing, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Experience, Education & Skills Required
1 year experience as an Umrah Consultant in a travel, tourism, or hospitality role.
Up-to-date knowledge of Umrah and Hajj rules, policies, and travel regulations.
Hands on / working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Fluency in spoken English.
