**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Produces high quality diagnostic ultrasound with the ability to recognize visualized anatomy and pathology following established protocols and ordered examination
+ Explains procedures and observes patients to ensure safety, comfort and confidentiality during scan, keeps patient physically covered whenever possible
+ Evaluates images for technical quality
+ Maintains the cleanliness of the ultrasound machine, transducers and associated minor equipment in accordance with the infection control policies and procedures
